Dr. Kathryn M. Robinson
I grew up on a dairy farm in Downsville, NY and was always involved with athletic, community or livestock endeavors in my childhood.
I studied Chemistry at Binghamton University and obtained a dual degree from New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences) with a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition and a Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2010.
I am certified in the Girls Gone Strong programs of Women's Coaching Specialist and Pre & Post-Natal Coaching Specialist. I'm currently studying their perimenopause and menopause courses in order to better serve my women population. I've been certified as a Strong First Kettlebell Coach as well.
I enjoy working with the 'everyday athletes' or adults that like to work hard and play hard while extending optimal function long into 'old age'.
I also work on young athletes, pre/postpartum women, babies and children.
I live with my husband and 3 children in Walton surrounded by our hobby farm. I enjoy giving back to the community and often support local charities and fundraisers and co-founded the Best Dam 5K to support healthier living options in small communities.
Very often, a dog or other critter joins me in the office!
